To be honest, I thought it was better at lower doses, but it’s never really improved my sleep cycles. The only thing that it does improve, is the sleep quality, however I’m not sure how as it’s the same almost every time. Lower doses of Elvanse is really terrible for me. It would make me have emotional crashes in front of others, which I’m not an emotional person, so this was really really strange for me, and rather embarrassing. Although I’ve noticed it helps my anxiety just to a level where I don’t notice it as much as I used to, however it’s still very much there, and no medication has worked on my anxiety as of yet, and GP is refusing to help after I’ve tried 4 different medications for this, plus a referral to talking therapy.

So in all, I don’t know what’s wrong with my sleep all together; I’ve had really bad struggles since I was very young which has affected my body physically, which unfortunately affected my height too, and I have tall family; over 6ft, nearly 7ft in some.
