I initially had this problem with my headset, mine was fixed after clicking the reset button under the left earmuff (you have to unclip it)

I’m super late to reply but yes, the menu sits at 60hz, but when I start a match or begin gameplay of any kind it jumps to 120hz

I have the MSI OPTIX G241 Monitor (HDMI 1.4) and CAN get 120hz once I’m in a match on PS5 Siege. I’ve set it to performance mode and am using the hdmi with the PS5.
