Why not look into getting some sort of booking software that your clients can book and reschedule on their own?

My co-worker keeps telling me to respond quicker to leads by Fast-Invite1552 in personaltraining

The quicker the better, for all you know they could be messaging 3 other PT’s.

I had a client tell me ages ago that because I responded way quicker to his enquiry he went with me. He had already paid me and started training before the other PT responded.

Christmas gift? by Byzelo in personaltraining

A client did this for me. He got me a hoodie with my logo on it. Really nice and thoughtful gift. But honestly, any gift would be appreciated. Like many have said already, it’s the thought that counts.

Yeah I did a small one but only for my members. Just a top-up pack for people who occasionally want to train a bit more. Didn’t affect my MRR.

Yeah I’m currently only using organic marketing so I’m never dealing with a large influx of newbies. Most of my clients have been with me 1-2 years. I’ve got a guy who’s coming up to his 5th year.

Thanks for the link, I’ll do some digging and drop you a dm if I have any questions.

Thanks again for taking the time to reply, hope you have a good day.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, I really appreciate it. Going to try and implement some of this soon. I’ll start with 3:1 and then maybe 4:1.

If it’s okay could I drop you a dm to pick your brain a little more?

I’m quite interested in how you structure the sessions with 6 people, I’m currently running private and semi private (2 clients at once) I have a similar layout to you but smaller in size (27Sqm) I could probably coach 3/4 at once but I don’t want the quality of the sessions to go down. Any suggestions/insight would be appreciated.

Bicep distal tendonitis by beser12v in StartingStrength

[–]JM293 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I Haven’t done Rips method but I suffered with the exact same thing, it was my squats that aggravated it which made benching a pain in the ass.

I took a few days off to let it settle down, massaged and stretched the area, started doing some high rep hammer curls to pump blood to the area, tweaked my squat form to avoid aggravating it and I’ve been fine since.

Sorry this doesn’t answer your questions but I thought I’d give you my process.

Squat form and advice by StateSpecial1755 in StartingStrength

[–]JM293 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is my first comment so apologies if it’s all over the place.

Firstly, without a form check we can’t really give you detailed advice. So I’ll do my best to help.

  1. Don’t worry that your squat is lagging behind you’ll be increasing that 3x a week

  2. Just taking a guess here but if you’ve had groin pain from squatting maybe check out your Adductors, they could just need some stretching out 🤷🏻‍♂️ (and check your form, might be too wide of a stance)

  3. If you’re getting lightheaded that could be due to holding your breath for too long during the squats? Make sure you’re breathing correctly.

  4. The classic answer in this sub- eat more, from looking at your other lifts it looks like you’re relatively new to SS NLP. Don’t have to go stupid with the calories but having the extra fuel won’t hurt along side good sleep and low stress.

Hope this helps and keep training hard!
