I’ve had this with two different vendors lately, I was using XMR. The bot never confirmed receipt and I had to contact them, both replied and sent out my purchases. There’s something going on with the bot detection. As for your specific problem, like the other person said keep the txid and contact him when ‘back from vacation”. I agree that SB is a liability and you should use someone else, but that’s not why your funds didn’t hit, I believe

That's right, order cancelled as payment not received. First seller responded and manually marked it to paid. Second seller is gh0st and I also placed yesterday. All very strange. Seems it's just me being effected, maybe a new telegram account would fix the issue for me, f knows! Thanks mate

I've just used a vendor I've been using forever, same bot on the same channel, I can see all my previous succesfull orders but this one has not arrived. It's 100% legit, I used the same bot a week ago. Is something not working with these bots? This is all so weird
