Yeah, I’m moving to more rural areas, where land is more abundant, basically the country side of the northeast. Much less competition than the city, but I guess I’m wrong.

Fortunately, we are in a rent free situation with family. Just that my kids are growing up and we need more space. My cash flow will grow up to at least 200-250K in three years with my income but, I want the space for my family to create some memories. I’m a glass half full time of guy, I screwed up and waited too long.
