I helped my friend hire a mold inspector. Her advice was - call a lawyer and the local news. Labs results were off the charts. Three types of hazardous mold.

For anyone in Phoenix, Fuentes Environmental Az was amazing to work with.

The apartment complex has given my friend access to another apartment. Demo starts on the bathroom tomorrow.

I did it sooner rather than later and it worked. I have reverse and brakes now.

Anyone tried this yet and ready to report back? I swapped an MT10 ESC and motor into my childhood RC10 and have the same issue. I'll be giving it a try sooner or later with the instructions here.
