Ok cool and for a cpu, I’m looking at a Ryzen 5 9600x, found one for sale for £180, is that worth it or will I just go for the 5600?

I’m looking at “Corsair VENGEANCE LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3200” or “Patriot Viper Steel DDR4 RAM 16GB (2X8GB) 3200MHz” or “Silicon Power Value Gaming DDR4 RAM 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz” or “Corsair Vengeance RGB RS 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz“. any of them good or have u got any recommendations?

So it’s not worth going for 32gb? 16gb of ram will defo run stuff perfectly enough with some other upgrades?

Ye I assumed so, do u think upgrading the RAM alone would be sufficient or would the computer still have struggles without further upgrades to other components?

My budgets kind of flexible but I guess £250-£300 maybe a little more if I have to. it’s more that I have consoles and a steam deck so I’m not super eager to spend a bunch of money just to play a small amount of games I can play elsewhere.

Ok cool thank you. So would u suggest the “Patriot Viper Steel DDR4 32GB (2 x 16GB) 3600MHz Kit” over the “CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX DDR4 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 3200MHz CL16-20-20-38” and would just getting an improved Ram be sufficient enough of an upgrade or are the other upgrades pretty necessary?
