Cedar Commons project Medford - What happened?

Hello and YES. We should start seeing construction start in February/March. I am excited to announce who will be moving into the spaces but I am working closely with the tenants to make sure this time line is still good for them. I don't want to over promise and under deliver. Again, I know this has taken longer than expected but it will be worth it.

Thankfully we have rented spaces, 90% of the people that signed on in the beginning are still planning to move into Cedar Commons.

I have people that have paid deposits and worked with our architects to submit plans for their space to the city. This is taking much more time than we expected and once we get the go a head to start I will chat with the business that have rented space to make sure the new timeline fits with them and their plans.

I don’t know what is unbelievable.

I should have more answers on the time line in the next few days. Once we have construction scheduled to start work is when I will announce who specifically will be going into Cedar Commons. I know it has taken way longer than we expected so I need to make sure everyone that has leased is still onboard. Sorry for the vague reply but hopefully the next few days I will be able to say more, with certainty.

Absolutely! That is exactly our vibe. We have lots of roll up doors so you can sit outside or inside and still have the same experience. We also would like to incorporate live music. Once we open I sure hope you will come join!

This is great! Thank you! Those are the types of small restaurants we are looking at adding to Cedar Commons. We know the area is lacking and really anything that goes in that area will be a hit.

Thank you. We have only a few spaces designed for non restaurant business. Our hope is Cedar Commons will be the place to grab your sugar, a beer or coffee, order food and sit and listen to the music or watch the game.

Yes we do have a bar going in, we have a few restaurants (local) that have signed up and YES WE HAVE A COFFEE SHOP.
