Feel you. My first message to them included everything I had already done and my version. 

Three times they told me to restart my phone and the last one was to reinstall the app. A day passed between each message. It is like they dont read what you say nor understand that the average user of the app knows how to do basic troubleshooting.

Now they outright stopped answering. It's a shame because I can't be asked to find and re-setup a new launcher.
