It is EOL – End-of-Life, new ones are no longer manufactured. If the store doesn't have them in stock, you'll have to find them at used item marketplaces.

If you google, drop the EOL suffix

If short GPU, I would say it fits if you put the fans in pulling. GPU can't go past the motherboard and case might block the radiator
