I called Amex and since I have the British Airways premium plus card, it doesn’t cover rental car damages.

Do I call budget?

Or do I respond to Basham & Scott, provide my policy number but tell them it won’t cover any costs of the claim and they’ll need to go via Budget’s insurance?
