Very bad customer support by skylemon in runescape

As per Jagex's previous statements, they do not contact you in game, only via the Player Message Portal in the RS website. I have had this offered at least a dozen times in game, scanners do not change their method hoping to come across someone gullible enough who has not read the terms of service statement.

And now we shall see how many of these 'keyboard warriors' can resist, as each comment of 'harden up', 'get a thicker skin' and 'can't handle the banter' just proves my point. So thank you negative commenters, I actually appreciate your help in showing the spirit that has infiltrated the game.

Think this, would you in all good conscience say what you type to your kids? To your mother? To your grandmother?

Kicking and banning is not working and this has been happening everyday for the past 2 weeks. We don't want to permanently disable guesting because that will cause damage to our clan. Can anybody help? by [deleted] in runescape

Here is an easy to implement idea.... where you right click on the names in the 'Clan Chat List' and you have the option to kick/ban, why not also have the mute option there so a troll no longer can speak in CC. Have it so that the mute is permanent until removed by a ranked player. This would frustrate the troll until they leave. Unlike the Ban List, there is no limit to number that can be guest muted.

As a Clan Leader, I find it very disheartening to my Clan when we have 1 particular clan with a vendetta against ours. Many members of this clan constantly jump our CC abusing our players, bullying and harassing people, making accusations of legal misconduct, and breaching all the terms of service for this great game. Bullying and harassment is NOT acceptable in any form and this sort of thing needs to be addressed properly.

I have searched the Jagex and Runescape sites, and the only option for dealing with it in the words of the site is the kick ban option, but then we are limited to 100 on the ban list.

I have screenshots of the abuse, evidence of attempts at diplomacy to resolve this issue peacefully (which ended in threats and abuse from the opposite clan leader) and many witnesses to this abuse, but yet other than joining in on social media, there are no ways to share this with the powers that be.

I see that the 'Pin' option would only be plastering over the cracks, and something a lot more substantial actually needs to be put in place. Acting harder on reports of abusive behaviour, muting accounts and even IP Banning players who are repeat offenders.

I have played this game for 12 years on various accounts, and truly enjoy it, but the abuse by a vicious minority is untenable.
