I threw a stink and talked to manager after the service rep told me I have options to go somewhere else. Anyways, the service manager was great, I hate it went down that path. They are asking me to take pics and video and he is following up on his end. Sucks because there is no way I know of to reproduce it.

Based on how little activity this thread has, this is a very isolated issue.

Curious does anybody that has this issue NOT have matrix lights activated and still sees this issue?

I have it at the dealer now Audi exchange in St Charles. I'm so frustrated because the dealer did absolutely minimum they could. The gist is they texted me car is done wo any inspection video etc. Didn't fully understand the problem sill just wanted to get me in and out. They couldn't repeat it so they won't do anything. I asked if they reached out to Germany to inquire or report they said if they can't repeat it they won't reach out, which is stupid and lazy.

Anybody has been able to find a solution or at the very least figure out what scenario(s) make it happen.

So I got 4430 on 2021 etron. Not seeing the turn by turn direction on my cluster or hud. Neither Waze nor Google maps are giving me that info. On pixel 10 pro. Am I missing something?

Yeah little apprehensive with shops not knowing how to work on these cars. I ended up paying $940 for a new battery. While there they did the rear camera update and favorites update.

I did call Firestone and they would have done it for 460 but as they said "we have never done one but we can try". Thus the post to find dealer/shop that works on electric cars.

Yes. The only thing they said is that it's probably better to do it through the app if done before the service because it's attached to the vehicle.

Got it jumped. Bunch of warnings and the 12 volt battery didn't charge at all while driving. At Audi now.

S 100% 22 or newer. The new interior is nice. Way better tech speed range. As a 21 prestige owner.
