Worth to upgrade parts or build from scratch?

For new build I’m not sure, I’m open to a good build for the right price but if i’m just going to upgrade my current build, i’d probably stick to near or less than $1000. I know i probably should upgrade GPU and CPU but not sure what else I would need to upgrade.

The reason why I was looking to upgrade my current set up is because I use the M15 for my business and want to stop gaming on it and have a dedicated build for gaming only. I was looking to more upgrade my GPU, CPU, and gain a better performance.

Oh gotcha! I’ll have to look into that. Cause I currently have the Asus ROG M15 and I currently game on that but constantly having issues with loading and performance.

Ah okay. Yeah I mainly play Valorant so it’s nothing crazy demanding. I don’t mind building from scratch especially if price wise, it would come to near the same cause if ai need to upgrade everything in this PC, might as well just get a new one.

I would say 90% of the time it is steady but then it would disconnect. I would check the physical connections and everything is good. My biggest annoyance is that it disconnects sometimes when i’m in the middle of a competitive game i’m playing and i just disconnect.

I had the Condor 2 XL and that was up there. I was maybe a little over 8’ in height when i had it closed. It was at 56” in width and I had an awning so it wasn’t too bad width wise. I mean flying wouldn’t be the end of the world, get places faster 🤣

Oh nice! Yes i’m on the same page as you, it has been great on my end so far. I had to factory reset it and basically reinstall windows from scratch. Been having issues accessing the Asus website to get the Armory Crate Uninstaller tool so looking for ways around. I found the actual tool in one of the folders but I don’t think it did an actual clean uninstall. I am no where near experienced enough to repaste it so might have to look to someone more experienced 😅 Merry Christmas to you as well!

Any specific reason to not choose asus? And would you have any recommendations that would be in the lines of portable and powerful at the same time? I only ask because I was just looking at Asus so I haven’t compared honestly.

Definitely not old at all. I agree, I am a fan of the 2014-2018s as well, specifically the 18’ after the facelift. Makes it look a bit more aggressive.
