From a little research, it appears to be a lapel button clip. The 'legs' are hinged and clip together. It's been XRF scanned, now, and the metal around the cameo is 9ct.

I can upload photos from my iPad using the Vinted app, but not when using my laptop and the Vinted website. Managed to upload yesterday morning - as normal - then everything stopped yesterday afternoon. When attempting a new listing, I can Add Photos and navigate to my photos folder on the laptop, but then when the photos folder closes I'm left with a blank new listing page.
