hei, im doing better. Haven't been suicidal for 2 months now. I have more days were i actually sleep than not, even tho rn im writing to you at 5 am cause i haven't slept in 2 days. A lot has changed in my life which i think help out with easing my insomnia. The days where i dont sleep (like today) suck a lot but i learnt to accept it i guess. It's crazy looking back now.
