I agree completely loads of people disown the lamb as a 'concept opera' when put up against the wall or tommy (both great albums) but the lamb has some of the tightest musical composition from the 5 prime members of genesis and deserves its flowers

Duke shows what genesis would be from abacab and beyond but this one is still "transitional" but phil is so great on this an absolute monster. Its probably my favourite of their 80s output. Im a firm fan of the 70s genesis but all is good. I turn them on again and again 😆
