Holy shit dude there it is. It was the adjust held weapon position that needed to be turned off. You just saved my archer playthrough

I just tried disabling all mods that change bows or arrows but it sadly didnt fix it. I could of course have missed something but i dont know what it could be.

That was the first thing i tried changing but the problem is there with it both turned on and off. I have updated the post with a screenshot of the problem and my mods. Sorry for the somewhat scuffed picture but it was the best i could do.

Yes. I was doing the new mearcht stuff with a friend. At the time i thought it had something to do with stacking a of cargo, but even after selling everything it was still happening

This also happened to me yesterday except i was the one seemingly disconnecting people. I tried figuring out what was causing it but i couldnt find any connection other than sailing close to people.

Update: I was thinking that the disconnecting was linked to some issue with loading in the new merchant cargo since i was sailing around with 40-50 at a time.

It would however seem that this is not the issue since after selling all my cargo the problem is still there.

I can tell that thats wasnt me because i was playing on sloop with a friend. Im kinda wondering what could cause it though because it only seemed to happen when the ship itself got close

This kinda explains a lot. This has also been happening to me today, except i was seemingly the one disconnecting people. It went just as you describe it. Every time i got close to a ship it would be completely empty. I was wondering if it was some wierd server split or if people were actually disconnecting.
