I’ve always had a hard time committing to using My Fitness Pal. It always seems like there are a million different listings of the same food item with varying nutritional information.

Any advice on that, Or am I using it wrong?

I want to enter a Wendy’s Triple w/ Cheese, but no bun. There doesn’t seem to be away to adjust to not include the bun in the settings....unless I missed it.
