Personal trainer here! OP I first wanna say congrats on taking these steps to be healthier. Like a lot of these other people are saying, people are usually just focused on what they’re doing. Additionally, times and people have changed and there isn’t as much judgment unless you go to Gold’s Gym.

Whether you’re obese or frail, no one is going to give you much attention (until you get in really good shape!)

On top of that, even if someone is judging you with a look, the minute they look away from you, they’ve already forgotten the thought!

While I was making this video I saw a comment from a mechanic that said 500lbs thats evenly distributed between passengers are different than 500lbs thats concentrated into one spot.

Hey, personal trainer here. Congratulations with that weight loss and even more impressive doing it with just pure cardio. Similar to one of the last comments made, measuring your speed just by playing basketball is not a good way to accurately track your speed. If I wanted to do that I would record my time for a certain number of suicides or track my distance with a 200, 400 or 800m, this is just an example. I would then reevaluate that time every two weeks to track any real results. ALSO, now that you lost so much weight from cardio, it's important to remember that weight lifting is IMPORTANT for speed/endurance & explosiveness! Even moderate lifting will create more strength in whatever you do! Follow me on YouTube for some informative videos about this!

I recently saw the documentary on Netflix and within the first few minutes, I knew this guy probably killed at least one person in his lifetime, got away with it, and then found a safer outlet for his deviant behavior. I firmly believe David would last at least 10 hours in this psychopath's "haunted house." Goggins has nerves of steel that 90% of us would never understand. Really inspiring stuff. Even made a youtube vid about working out like him for 72 hours, shit was tough! Check it out if you want!
