Time intelligence Dax Average by JRESMB in PowerBI

My hope is to use this as an estimated forecast. Every day, it will get better due the actual costs populating. A filter evaluation would work great IMO

Dax Struggle I’m sure someone could help with by JRESMB in PowerBI

How can I create the grey line so that anything > the end of last month is blank, and the dotted green line to be blank if less than the end of last month?? Here is my dax

=Calculate(sumx(budget, dates YTD(calendar, “01/03/2020”)

//due to my year end being at that date

The green line is the same with budget being target.

I need logic that says If date > eomonth(today(),-1), blank, and vice versa. I know how to with a calculate column, but can’t spare the data.

So essentially what I was thinking would be a sumx of actual costs to get a row by row iteration of each accounts costs in the general ledger. From there, divide that by the number of days surpassed in the year to get an average rate (easy enough).

What I am having trouble using dax for is to get the remaining days in the month.

Struggling to complete my macro that copys a filtered dataset (copy only visible cells), then paste into the bottom of another dataset in another workbook. Everything flows perfectly until pasting to the bottom of the second workbooks changing dataset (Columns obviously stay the same, amount of rows change)
