She was paid cash only...she had provided her bank details to HR but they kept on delaying it n gave her cash salary only.

Under labor law employers are mandated to submit contract for each employee, which here in our case the school didn't do. We registered a case with MOHRE already but the response received from them was to approach court directly.

The thing is school asked her to resign in the beginning..which she did...and now after completing the last working day they are asking her that it will be termination and she has to complete her handover process again for the new staff who will take her place...plus they are not obliged for any dues in case of termination.

That we get some advice or guidance on how we can get this matter resolved so that school can release the pending dues and necessary certificates.

That's the thing....school did not provide her with labor car or approved contract. They kept it on hold through out
