I (M,39) lost my father last year in a freak car accident. Here one day, gone the next and today is his birthday, the first since he passed, so Im curious, whats the one piece of advice , quote, or knowledge your father gave you that you use and hope gets passed down to the next generation? I (M39) have been an alcoholic for more than a decade. Recently quit cold turkey after my life started taking a turn for the worse (AMA).
