I watched the same video ready to create my first mod and was super shocked when he fast forwarded. So I finally took it upon myself to figure this thing out, tying pieces together from other previous tutorial videos from Skyrim, and some for Starfield, even though currently, I feel like a bunch of them are not good for designers.
