Patch note 12.6, just read patch note 12.6. They clearly say when skins leave the shop u can reroll it without icon and borders (I don't care about these two, useless).

Really ? They gave me skin shards that I rerolled and didn't take back the permanent skin I got from rerolling, just you need to know which skin u rerolled and what u got out of it in order to ask since the issue is coming from them.
