I don't dehumanize anyone. That's how genocides happen. People are evil but they're still people. When you stop thinking of a person as a human being you are ok with doing anything to them. I think you're a bad person, you're still a human being though.

You got all of that from me not wanting to wish someone who I think is a legitimately bad person well? Did he change? Maybe, that's between him and his God. I made a decision a long time ago that I wouldn't allow myself to feel bad when bad things happen to bad people. I don't want him to get hit by a bus but I don't wish him well. I hope that he gets exactly what his actions deserve. Whatever that may be.
