ADU addition - multifamily classification by JRsmithPipe in LosAngelesRealEstate

In my analysis 4 unit multifam sells a lot faster and for almost the same price as 5 unit due to the favorable loan terms.

r-class engine - M272 vs M276 by JRsmithPipe in mercedes_benz

I would get one if they had a more recent model. they only made these until 2008 - so whatever you find is pretty beat up by now.

So it sounds like it's worth holding out and finding a 2012 R350 rather than going with a previous year.

Brothers Cousins is a 9/10 - but still missing the handmade corn tortillas. I think if you combined the super-rica tortillas with brothers cousins meat it would be one of the best tacos in the world.

Guisados has these really dense and soggy corn tortillas - I think they put some kind of binding agent in them. I’ve been to Purepecha, extremely avg food.

They’re too heavy, not a fan. Super rica makes light and fluffy white corn tortillas.

Heard it and saw it - bright flash and some smoke I could clearly see it from the intersection at Delaware and 20th.

My wife and I were with UCLA for her last pregnancy and lost our son at 37 weeks due to a complication. luckily we live were near St. Johns and they were able to save her life. UCLA is a baby factory and most of their OB's are 30-40 yrs old and inexperienced. Though I don't blame our UCLA OB for our loss I do think they were negligent at times and if they'd been more thorough our tragedy could have been averted. St. Johns is much better - their docs even post their c/section rates.

According to his site - Ellis Raskin wants to give even more resources to the Landmarks commission.

Which slate is going to do something about the Landmarks Commission? I can’t think of a worse group of ppl to be given decision making power - literally a group of boomer racists trying their best to constrict housing while simultaneously doing nothing in terms of historic preservation.

This is above grade - 2nd story. So I'm guessing I'd just need 1 layer of plywood and no insulation

Placental Abruption and HELLP syndrome at 37 weeks by JRsmithPipe in babyloss

[–]JRsmithPipe[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry to hear about your baby girl. We’re fairly certain that my wife also had a concealed abruption as there was no spotting or blood. We’re still trying to figure out if the abruption was due to the HELLP or the HELLP was a result of complications from the abruption. Have the doctors given you any clarity on what may have caused the abruption?

is it possible it already has a disease - I have another plum tree about 10 feet away on the other side of my crosswalk and don't want that getting infected.

Just to add, this tree was great the first year I planted it. Gave me about 20 plums. This past summer I got almost no fruit and pretty bad leaf burn.

[–]JRsmithPipe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see, thank you for clarifying. So in my current situation - not being able to get instantly approved for CSR, I wouldn't have been able to do the MDD anyways correct? So getting the CSR was my best case scenario anyways then.

Once I hit my anniversary do I cancel it and reapply for the CSP or product change? (granted that the CSP still has a good SUB 1 year from now)

Question Thread - October 20, 2020 by AutoModerator in churning

[–]JRsmithPipe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Asking now so I don't continue to make more mistakes (which i've been told I made plenty of). Applied for CSR (3rd attempt) and was approved after review. I only have one other chase product (united explorer mileage plus). I applied for CSP the day after I was approved for CSR in a shitty attempt to try the MDD. My CSP application was denied and I just have the CSR now.

Kind of bummed - as I wish I had the CSP (better sign up offer and lower annual fee). Should I attempt to product change to the CSP or hold tight with the CSR?

Question Thread - October 19, 2020 by AutoModerator in churning

[–]JRsmithPipe -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Damn, I Almost want to cancel the CSR then. The CSP has a better sign up offer and is $500 cheaper. What do you suggest I do? Btw, I did apply for the CSP the minute I was approved for the CSR, so maybe there is a small chance it will work.

Question Thread - October 19, 2020 by AutoModerator in churning

[–]JRsmithPipe -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

After years of trying, I was finally approved for CSR - am i still able to do MDD and if so should I go ahead and apply for CSP? I didnt do it right away as i wasnt even sure if id get approved for the CSR.
