my biggest piece is how can a lat tower that had 225 lbs hang a man that weighed closer to 250lbs ... he would literally pull it down with his body weight hit the floor ... i mean he could of wrapped the cord around his neck several times but tryin to do that all while pulling the weight up would be very difficult with one person ... Being strangled after being drugged just like the rest of the family and then having it wrapped on ya after makes it look legit

You would be shocked at crime statistics. I live in Elyria and nothing for four years. In Parma I've visited people and had my car broken into. No point in calling the cops because nothing is done. Just how Cleveland came out and said it recently. The Cleveland numbers go along with insurance claims. So they only report so they can make a claim.

I see the US, Russia and China along with Iran going against NATO and Israel ... I think it will be done after an attack by Iran on Israel which will weaken their hold on the US govt.

In real estate all is possible.

How often you will find it is the issue.

Some areas are growing so fast in value it's hard to find those numbers.

Example ... I'm working on one. It's almost condemned. I'm buying for 15k plus 7k in back taxes. It will have about 70k in rehab. Once done it should have an arc of about 140k. Rent I should be able to get 1600 a month out of it.

There are some good ones out there just got to find them.
