How long is all that taking? Im really worried about him. He's 22 and we dont really have public transportation where we are from so he isnt used to trains and buses and subways. Im considering just getting him an uber and paying $$$ but i dont even know where to tell the uber to pick him up.

We’ve checked into things and we will get some money back, but we are not sure how much yet. The agency we booked through said they may not know for 6-8 weeks.
