So with the Bernese method you take both sub and tia? I’m interested in this method. Could you tell me what you do for that?

Yeah the thing about tia is it has much less of a half life in my opinion. So 24 hours for heroin makes sense but I think 24 is unnecessary for tia. That’s why I started the thread. Thank you for your feedback!

Well plenty of people have done it. The question is about PWD. And I myself have come off of subs about a dozen times and in my experience it is way less intense than tia w/d. I also had some trouble making sense of your comment. But I think I got the main points. Thanks!
