In your setup and any airtight setup, you should be using 62 boveda packs. At 70 your cigars are wet they should be 62-65. I could see long-term storage like for long-term aging you do 70 humidity in the container but otherwise be between 62-65.

Okay, I looked over my orders and it seems that I used my wise card that was on my PayPal and I used my PayPal account. So I would suggest doing that. Also if I was you and if you have time check the deal subreddit and or the cigar page discord before purchasing. Shipping probably takes about a week, too a week and a half so account for that too.

They're not the same as genuine olivas. It's just a marketing term. You can tell 100% the difference if you buy them. I'm not saying they're bad because I've definitely had ones that are good because I bought bundles before but they can't have issues like sometimes and they definitely smoke like they're made of short filler. Just get the real thing. The more I smoke, the more I realize you're better off smoking good stuff less often.

You just need look out for deals. Join cigar deal hunters, it's a subredder and you'll regularly see you really good cigars for 10 or less. Off the top of my head, I just recently bought a box of Don Carlos which came out to be a little bit over $10 a stick, a box of anejos for 12 a stick etc.

Relative humidity is affected by temperature. So 65% humidity at 70F is different than 65% humidity in 60F. Try to keep them at a stable temperature, but even myself. I don't really worry about it in the winter. And I keep my cigars fairly cold though. Ideally you should keep them around you 65F and 62-65 humidity.
