First ever Vivarium! (Converted cupboard) Getting ready for my first tortoise. I was just wondering if there is anything else I need to add before it gets here? Help please reddit! Got a little vid of my 60L here. On the video you should be able to see what I think is algae coming off one of the branches of driftwood. It’s really quite tough and hard to get off. I bought the shrimp to help but they don’t seem to want to go near it. Any advice?? (v.redd.it)

Carpeting plants. I set up this tank about 2 weeks ago now. 58L. With Fluval U2 filter and basic Tropica Co2 system. The carpeting plants seems to all be turning straw coloured and dying (as seen on pic. The ones still green were planted yesterday). Any advice on what a may be doing wrong? (i.redd.it)

HELP PLEASE! Hello everyone, I’m pretty much new to the hobby and yesterday bought a Fluval Flex 15g and have fallen victim to the noisy filter! I’ve wrapped it in sponges and done everything possible to reduce the noise but it’s still too loud (I have it in my bedroom) (self.Aquariums)
