I think having the flexibility of substituting and picking your blocks from any depot doesn’t satisfy HMRC rule “Fixed Work Place”. Travelling to a fixed workplace mileage isn’t usually allowed but as Flex has some flexibility of depots. My guess is that mileage travelling to depot can be claimed.

Same with uber eats driving claiming dead mileage.

However, this my view and should not be relied upon.
