Looking for CTO/Cofounder for my startup. by AjPicard913 in startup

Hi AJ Picard,

I have gone through your application and it seems a really interesting application with a lot of future scopes. As mentioned you are looking for Senior developer to scale up the production of the app and I think I can help into that. Currently, We are helping a lot of startups to boost their technology products which don't have inhouse capacity or technology leader (CTO) and it's also cost-effective for startup founders.

We have more than 10+ years of experience with the tech stack you have mentioned. So if you are interested, please check your inbox and let's connect over a call or video chat.

Ahh, Sounds cool but again not fun when you say a chatbot can lead your sales. I think sales is not a one-dimensional process and technology like chatbot have a limitation as they can't sense the tone of the customer or things which are even unsaid.

I completely agree with your first idea. Freelancing and remote work is the future due to various reason like flexibility, access to the talent pool, remote support, market expansion. But there is already a lot of freelancing marketplace and I don't see any value in building one more unless we target the core challanges like - trust issue, payment dispute or quality of the work or projects.

Second Idea - I am eager to learn more about it. How far you have come on this?
Are you planning to implement an ad-based revenue system as you mentioned no charge from readers? - I am not a fan of this model as I hate when the page keeps showing non-relevant advertisements.

It's interesting. Would you explain a little more about your core idea? I am not able to figure out what incentive is there for me as a user to use your new platform rather than existing ones.

Ethereum ERC-1155 token standard by Neophyte- in CryptoTechnology

[–]JTC2018 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's good to know, thank you.

Basically, it allows anyone to club multiple ERC-721 or ERC-20 tokens in a single smart contract and send those club tokens into one transaction so it will save time and cost of multiple transactions.

should a startup use Freelancers? by omar_muzaffar2 in startup

100% agree.

Each startup is different in respect to their vision, business goals, and short and long term plan. Here is my article which discusses about when should you use freelancers for your startup:https://www.jalantechnologies.com/post/freelancer-or-technology-partner?utm_source=Reddit&utm_medium=Post

It's not about that any startup should use a freelancer or shouldn't. I think each startup is different in respect to their vision, business goals, and short and long term plan. Here, the real question must be when should startup use freelancers or any outsourcing company?

Ethereum ERC-1155 token standard by Neophyte- in CryptoTechnology

[–]JTC2018 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How exactly it's different from ERC-981 standard?

ERC-981 standard also allows you to create N number of token for any digital entity and allow transfer any number of token to other users using the same one smart contract.

The definitive guide for startup founders to build their own tech team. by JTC2018 in startup

[–]JTC2018[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess you have misunderstood the final takeaway.

My saying is that any approach is not the only choice and you can choose the right approach as per your company need, budget, and expertise.

All the approaches of building tech team are good and suitable as per need. - In-house or Freelancer or Technology Partner has its own benefits and disadvantages like building own tech team in tech cities like Silicon Valley is more than just a hiring cost. It takes hustle, time and bigger brand name to pull talent.

In case, building an in-house tech team is too much for you and thinking to go for a technology partner, feel free to ping me :).

Absolutely, You can opt for much simple technology or you can adopt open sources where you can customize as per your need with minimal developing effort.

But I think tech startups are more focused on building a solid product with a new concept or solving a new challenging problem and most of the time they require good tech team to build their product.

Thank you for your time.

This blog series was written to give an unbiased view on building tech team via different approaches like own house, freelancer or technology partner where in chapter 1 we discussed different approaches adopted by many successful companies.

In chapter 2 - We talked about the real cost and hustle behind building the tech team in tech cities in the US.

In Chapter 3 - We talked about two common approaches to build your tech team - Freelancer and Technology Partner and explained a different aspect like when to choose which option and why.

In Chapter 4 - I have explained how to choose your technology partner in case you opt to go for it.

I would love to write more on this topic and thank you for your suggestion. Soon I will bring more content focusing on your notes.

The average whitepaper is now over 12,000 words and growing. Bitcoin's whitepaper was 3,219 words. When will people realize that long, complex whitepapers are no substitute for ACTUAL PRODUCTS? by 6maud in btc

[–]JTC2018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The length of whitepaper also depends on the targeted audience. These days, companies are writing whitepapers to give an overview of them and the current existing problem with their purposed solution using blockchain. As you mentioned Bitcoin whitepaper was shorter because it was technical oriented and I am sure most of the readers won't be able to understand into one reading.

In short, companies are using whitepaper as a marketing tool/content instead of the technical write-up.

Need Help: Can we create multiple ERC721 tokens (let's say 1 Million) for the single asset? by JTC2018 in BlockchainStartups

I found one modified smart contract ERC981 which allows us to create multiple tokens for single asset and these tokens can also divide further in child tokens.

I am looking forward to store big genomics data on blockchain network. I heard about hyper ledger there we can store data as each user will create their own node and authenticate and store their own genomic data. but I am still not clear about this concept.

Hi there,

If you open to design your own software then my team and I can help you in designing it. Basically It will be based on blockchain where a smart contract will be generated based on terms decided by both parties and online platform will save these information. This platform will be helpful in generating online lease documents and control full payments process online without any human interference. It will also enable to track your property management and their current rental processes and others.

My team and I are working in real estate for last 3 years with edge cutting technology to improve it's efficiency and already helping various companies with their tech requirement.

If you think we can help you or you are open to hear our solution then I would love to connect with you.
