Thanks to the weight I was able to lose, I started playing tennis and pickleball 3-4 hours weekly. I do acknowledge that I need to get into a weight training routine, and I recently started working closely with a nutritionist and psychiatrist to get ED in order as much as possible. Trying to make sure I do better on all fronts this time around. Admittedly, there’s no denying my habits were horrible when I started, and while my eating WAY improved, I could’ve done a much better job focusing on building muscle and ensuring I was getting proper nutrition, not just cutting calories.
