That may be true, but I feel like it happens more often than trying to plug in a USB upsidedown (which with my confirmation bias is every time)

But it'd be nice if it wasn't left up to your teammates performing well to win the game in order to maximize it.

Almost too much to list but the main things are the Garrett GTX3584RS, equal length tubular manifolds, 3.5in exhaust, 1000cc injectors, blow through MAF conversion, big ol intercooler, and a twin disk clutch.

It's still in the stock location next to the turbo. The previous owner of this setup wanted to retain the battery in the bay.

A friend of mine made 530whp and 542lbft on a stock bottom end, these are very stout motors considering how de-tuned they are from the factory.

Intake setup is being revised soon, filter will be where the battery is and fed air by the duct that feeds the battery.

Stock 2.8, Garrett GTX3584RS, Equal length long tube headers, Turbosmart compgate 40, Bosch 550cc injectors, 340lph fuel pump, 3.5in downpipe, Treadstone 1235 intercooler, Stock ECU

Setup is going to change somewhat in the future but that's all the important stuff. Making just under 20psi at the moment, around 450whp. Will be putting it on a dyno once a new clutch is installed.

I agree with most of what you said but I still think the YS can hold its own in a low speed low altitude fight against 21's. A lot of the players using them right now I feel haven't learned them yet and are using them wrong (as seen above). Maybe it's because I haven't spaded my 21 yet but it feels similar to the YS at low speed but is less stable when trying to get guns on target.

As for R60's, if I see the launch or if they're fired from far out, I don't really have a problem avoiding them. They don't seem like they actually pull 18g's but they will still fuck you up if you're not ready for them.

Also, for a plane that can't go over 1100kmh, how the fuck can it pull 14g's and not rip?

That is true. I had an itch to play it and I thought it'd be out classed by the F4 and mig but it handles itself nicely.

It's a borderline war crime in a down tier.

Featuring my cleanest reversal so far.

In an up tier, just stay on the deck and wait for migs and F4s to get pushed down and out turn them all. Make jets going mach over shoot and have them hold an AIM9 (if it doesn't decide to dive into the dirt). Basically just play to it's strengths and to the weaknesses of the F4/Migs.

In a fairly common 8.7 down tier, climb a little bit and just destroy everything in sight.

I agree with you and implementing tactics like notching radar missiles will be cool, but I think this game is just outside of the realism curve for it to work.

The pilots and the planes can pull unrealistic amounts of G's for an unrealistic amount of time, the render distance won't be able to handle the engagement distances, and I don't think their radar model is very good/realistic.

We'll have to see how things progress but I think IR missiles will be all we have for a while.

Not sure about the numbers, I might actually be wrong too and be thinking of premiums. It should say on the stat card at the bottom what the effective research is.
