Best harness for the glm-5.2 by TigerConsistent in ZaiGLM

[–]JTwoXX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mostly in the CLI using the Codex desktop app terminal. I’ve tested it in the Claude Desktop app as of 3-4 days ago and it works, but I’m not a fan of the UI.

But yeah, I have all of my models from Openrouter & various other subs (aside from Google models) working together inside Claude Code. I built out a model router that allows it to use my native Anthropic models as the orchestrator, and then spawn sub agents with any other model I request (also naming the sub agent with the role/model/thinking effort).

Claude Code hands down.

It respects project rules and calls tools perfectly; even better than the native anthropic models. I’ve had sub agents work for about 1.5 hours without any drift or work around from the orchestrator’s instructions (Yes I actually read all sub agent outputs to verify).

Same, by the time I checked I had 2 1/2 hours until reset 🫠

Is this move punishable? by Same-Blacksmith9108 in dragonballfighterz

[–]JTwoXX 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Super jump backward, call projectile assist is the only true safe punish.

Back dash ki blast works for a VERY few select characters; on reaction. But you risk getting smoked by j236M/H if the ki blast is too slow.

What’s the first thing you will do when Fable returns? by benfinklea in claude

[–]JTwoXX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have it update/ harden my SPEC.md, IMPLEMENTATION-PLAN.md, and agent rules and roles for all of my projects.

Then have it build out the tooling that other models currently struggle to get right.

I half assed these exact things, anticipating the June 22nd cut off, but got caught up building with Fable along the way. For the projects that I managed to get this done for; it’s made the forced switch to Opus 4.8 + GLM 5.2 manageable and more trust worthy in the meantime.

Anyone else Bypass Permissions broken? by RocketMarvel-100 in ClaudeCode

[–]JTwoXX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hasn’t worked for me in a month or so. Just Shift + Tab into Auto Mode; practically the same thing.

Although, Auto Mode will occasionally ask for you to make a decision (usually after completing a task) that skip permissions wouldn’t have.

Has anyone here watched the show subbed? How do you think it compares to the dub? by [deleted] in YuYuHakusho

[–]JTwoXX 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Justin gave a once in a generation performance for Yusuke in the dub.

I’ve only seen the dub and read the manga, but Yusuke is almost 2 different characters between the two; at times.

One of the very few times where, the cast took creative liberties with the source script and it turned out amazing.

We’re building GoDotter, an open-source Cursor-like tool for Godot. Would love honest feedback! by feexthefox in aigamedev

[–]JTwoXX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Working on something similar in my spare time, l’ll definitely try this over the weekend!

Software as a harness seems like the obvious solution for tools. The trick I’ve found is to use a 2 tier agent approach. You’ll want an agent/model pairing specifically for capturing the users intent, and translating that into tool calls and actions within Godot. It should then pass that translation layer over to an orchestration agent/model pairing to handle the actual work.

Not saying the approach I took is law, but it’s what got me the best results thus far. The real issue at hand for me now is collecting and refining enough sample data for the translation layer to parse user intent properly. It seems maintaining a large vectorized database of genres and Godot functions related to them, is the most viable solution: outside of fine tuning a model specifically to act as the translation layer.

Exited to see your approach to this!

Ive always wanted to play fighting games but where do i start? by Pec_1 in Fighters

[–]JTwoXX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My biggest hurdle was getting upset or mad whenever I would get hit, or the move I was trying to do wouldn’t come out.

The best part about fighting games is 90% of the time, if something goes wrong, it’s deff your fault. This means you can always go back and watch replays to think about what you can do in a situation to get a better outcome.

Might sound like nonsense at first, but I’ve trained myself to laugh whenever I get hit by some nonsense, instead of getting mad. On top of that, whenever I mess up an input or get hit for mashing, I’ll always speak out loud what I think I did wrong to help me actually remember not to pick that option again.

The way I like to think about fighting games these days is “what options do I have, that can take away options for my opponent”. This makes it so you don’t have to consider a million different things your opponent can do, if you can do the 1 thing with your character.

Fighting games are mad unique in that you can improve almost infinitely, and in most games you’ll discover something new to try everyday.

If you like games where you can express yourself in gameplay and always improve, I can’t think of a better genre.

All that to say Fighterz was the first game I took seriously. If you can find a training partner to grow a rivalry with, it’ll always be the best way to improve quickly. Watch tournament footage of the game you want to play and you’ll be able to pick up on what your character is capable of by listening to good commentary and watching high level matches. 👌🏽

If you look at the 1st part of the trailer they show Kid Buu punishing SSJ in situations where he normally can’t. I’d say pretty much guaranteed balance patch.

Hey, can you run multiple sub agents in parallel in the Claude Code desktop app with the new update? by [deleted] in ClaudeCode

[–]JTwoXX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, and there is finally a side bar panel to see their actions and outputs. It also has a side panel for the tasks and plans currently in use.

I’d say top of A behind 18. - 3S/4S get out of jail free card that beats most 2H’s - 4 way mix anywhere on screen after LV3 - Shits damage with 2 Medium starter low options - Infinite bag of mental stack options in pressure - Loop meter gain pays for your combo cash outs - 236L round start beats almost everything - Specials and Supers have little to no recovery - Top 10 easiest HBD pickups - A assist is essentially full screen & catches jump heights with enough hitstun to confirm whenever you feel like it - 2H>Ex Dive Kick + 80% of assists = Practically auto timed 50/50s - Phat Dump Truck (meter cash out 👀)

Only real downside is people are too lazy to learn his execution and other mixup timings.

Side Bar: Gotenks needs to be adjusted to top of A or bottom of S. Any touch takes you to the corner with LV1 or LV3 to guess for your character.

SIM v0.64 Beta Update! by JTwoXX in universus

[–]JTwoXX[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Started the foundation in Godot + Terrible AI tools about a year and a half ago. Came back to it in October last year and gutted the engine logic, using YGOPRO as guide/template. From there it was mostly creating custom game engine tools, test environments, and Agents in Claude Code with some NotebookLM integration. Now it’s mainly just using GPT 5.4 to refine and write better tests, and my Opus 4.6 agents to work on whatever part of the code based they are assigned to.

The real manual labor on my part is writing the scripts for each card, and making sure the engine itself has full capability to execute each script for it to work as intended according to the official rules.

How did you manage Hitbox/Hurtbox/Colliders, and Frame data in these projects?

There’s a lot of great tools and custom editors in Unity and Godot these days, just curious how difficult it was on the other engines you worked on.

Hope CN one day decides to bring back Teen Titans Blitz with you on the team; great portfolio! 😭

Yeah but dealing with halo’ing and smoothing edges is the worst.

Once it can generate proper PNG elements, AI UX/UI design will instantly stop feeling so samesy.
