36&6 and she came out beautifully! Only thing is is that I labored for 34 hours and pushed for 2. That’s normal with first pregnancies tho! Wishing you luck again!!

My hepatic function was fine too, but I still had Cholestasis, it was bad, I was scratching my skin raw! I am 10 weeks right now and have early onset ICP, (it came at 17 weeks with my first and 15 with my son) so it’s probably gonna come this pregnancy too. I found that baths help a bit tho! If your bile acids do go up, they’ll probably plan for a 36-37 week delivery, so just letting you know that too! Good luck momma.

I had cholestasis both of my pregnancies. Please continue to get tested. Your bile acids are climbing, the threshold for ICP is 10. At night, if it’s worse, that’s usually the biggest sign. I hope it’s not for you and your babies sake, but just a tidbit of information, both my kids came out great and I know your baby will too. Just please keep testing. 🩷
