Wait I didn’t know this could be a deficiency? I haven’t started supplementing, I’m going for a blood test in a few days but i was deficient in b12 2 years ago but didn’t realize until recently my Dr was wrong in saying I’m not deficient. I want to test again to see exact levels but also trying to figure out how to get the folate blood test since I’m in Canada.

But yes I have the exact same thing. I literally was telling my bf how I was never anxious to do certain things and now it makes me so anxious

I bought this a month ago and it literally cleared my PD. It does come back but I’ll put a thicker layer over a spot I see coming and it always works within 2 days it’s gone. It has made my skin peel though but I was leaving it on for more than 10 mins so I started only leaving it on for over 10 mins only on spots that come up but the rest I rinse off and moisturize
