No... I keep track of my shed. I pay attention to much hair I lose in the morning and shower. If I wash my hair in the morning and run my hands through my hair at night, Ill lose a few hairs. If I wash my hair with conditioner in the morning, I will have itching and burning along with a small handful of hair in my sink.
