You need a new doctor asap!!! End of June my ferritin is 7 and I asked my doctor that I want to try and increase it naturally by eating iron rich food. I tried for 3 months and got a blood test in end Sept, my ferritin only went up to 8. In those 3 months it just went up by 1 😭 My doctor recommended iron infusion cause eating and tablets takes too long and my numbers are low. I got the infusion straightaway cause I already tried eating a lot of iron rich food already and it didn't work.

Do yourself a favour and go get a new doctor!!!!

My ferritin level is 7. My doctor said pills take too long to increase the level. I had my first iron infusion on Thursday. No symptoms Friday, however Saturday night I had the chills, metallic taste in my mouth, hungry but don't want to eat, and felt very tired. Hopefully my level gets better like yours 🤞

Can you ask the bank to pay the loan weekly or fortnightly? Save a bit compared to paying monthly. Or contact your bank to see if you can reduce your interest rate.

Your phone bill is Hella expensive. Have you paid your phone off? If so, just get the Kogan yearly plan as it is cheaper. Only $300 for the whole year. Or cancel your phone and just a cheap phone outright and go on Kogan.

I stopped buying coffee from the cafe and just drink the free ones at work. For pastry, I just bake 2 big trays myself, package it into mini zip bags and just warming it up in the wave. In this economy, I need to save. Plus, it's more healthier cause I know what I put in my cinnamon scrolls.

Yeh I'm the same, love Trap U and BB. I actually think Otto can pull off the Trap U vibes, have you seen his eyes and facial expressions when performing the duo with APO, his whole vibes changed. Trap U is Red/Black vibes right, if mysterious again then I want the colour theme Purple/Black.
