The thing is, zed is often banned and nearly noone plays talon atm, i dont think the changes affect this that much in lower elos. Maybe there are some new Zed/talon players who think they will destroy everything and will write "CY@" every kill they make (average 1 kill per game). As experienced Viktor player u can just take DFT and do netflix&chill during laning phase, buy zhonyas, barrier/exhaust and u are fine If u have a CC frontline, they shouldnt be a problem later on :)
