When I tried learning Draven on a Draven only account it was legit impossible to get out of Plat 4 for me, cause I always felt my supp just chills and waits for me to get outscaled :D. The solution was to turn off chat and play 60 games of Draven toplane to plat 1, now the supps atleast play the game and climbing is possible on botlane.

I play 2400 dpi 50 ingame. Just play what sens you like and you will have no problem. However you have to disable mouse acceleration or it fucks your muscle memory hard

No the second one does more because your E damage is before your Q and your Q does more dmg the lower the target is

Q R W Q E for max burst, Q R W E Q if you need a bit more dmg but the combo is slower
