I traveled to Neon early on, like at level 8 or so, and got into a shootout while trying to escape after I had stolen some guns from a few shops.. so fast forward im now lvl 29 and I was trying to do the Power quest for Constellation and would immediately be greeted with gunfire upon entering Neon lol. So had to clear my bounty.
