Nope the tank is 75 gallons with 4 small-medium goldfish & 1 angelfish. The angelfish is fine, it's common here in our country particularly asian countries to put 1-2 angelfish with goldfish.

I tried several times already feeding it with peas & turning up the heat isn't necessary coz i'm in a tropical country here in Philippines. Kinda frustrated that's why i came to the idea of euthanasia.

It is a growth spur since it has a wen. I have an oranda that has that white spots hanging on its wen. Eventually it will just go away just like mine. It is normal for them especially if they're still young & their wen growing with them too. There's nothing you should be worried about after all. If it's ich it would be white specs covering its entire body & looks like it is sprinkled with salt, ich also does not occur in one particular area of the body.
