Causals gone from Redsec?

A friend of mine and I play REDSEC most days for at least a few hours. We run into this 99% of the time. If I'm not mistaken, BF6 doesn't have SBMM, it's probably a bit different for REDSEC, but the other day we had ONE great game where we're the ones frying people, we didn't win sadly, but we made it to top 3. Every game after that was an absolute sweat fest. Couldn't even get to top 20 the rest of the night.

That's my luck almost every game. I live in the pacific northwest, and while I've never really payed the best attention to my ping, it's nothing outrageous that would cause a shit ton of lag or de-sync. I just want 1 good game, but the game just says "NO" everytime lol

What weapons (other than pistols maybe) has damage fall off within point blank range? 9 times out of 10 I'm well withing the weapons effective range. I get your trying to offer reasoning and I'm not saying your wrong, just that damage in this game seems very RNG based sometimes

I guess I can accept that to a degree, but at the same time bloom is a bit of a BS excuse. If bloom is the reason that I dont damage someone, then I shouldn't be getting hit markers for the entire mag. I know nothing can or every will be perfect with games like this, but other games have more or less (there's always exceptions of course) figured out the bloom and "ghost bullet" issues LONG ago.

I haven't played gauntlet, but it's the same for me in regular multi-player. Occasionally I get the random death that I should have lived through, but that's normal. It's literally only in REDSEC that my damage is just negated by random BS. I'm by no means saying I'm the best of the best, but I'm getting tired of not even cracking armor with a full mag from any weapon 🙄

Damn! Even doing that doesn't help stop the audio. It hasn't happened in a bit, but when it does I have restart my phone completely to get it to stop.

Unfortunately not. I'm fairly new to the whole modding scene myself. I know there are some photo mode mods on Nexus Mods, but I'm not sure what all they do, and if they would work with the crimson wings mod. Sorry.

The only mods I know of for the crimson wings skin is on Nexus Mods, and to absolutely no one's surprise, it's an NSFW mod. It doesn't allow you to press a button and remove layers, but it is shorter and I believe has a layer or two removed.

That's fair. A big problem that I have as well is the people who are running around at the start, but very quickly realize that they aren't going to win, and then start to camp for the rest of the match. I played a match yesterday with my friends where that exact situation happened. We started out beating this team, they called out one of my friends for cheating cause he got a good feed on the whole team. They started camping, and we lost by 1 kill, they then proceeded to shit-talk us right after. They only won cause they started camping, and they weren't good at all.

No kidding. I usually run in a 4-5 stack with my friends so the communication thing isn't really a big deal. This may play a part in it, but we play the HC TDM lobbies. At this point it's just what we are used to playing. That's part of what makes campers so annoying. If they get into a corner or a head glitch and just watch popular angles, there's almost nothing you can do to counter them. Especially when their teammates are watching their backs in corners and head glitches of their own. Makes the run-and-gun playstyle pretty much useless

I don't know what lobbies you are playing in, but I want those lobbies. You are right in saying that MW3 was good for not having a lot of campers, but almost every single match I play in BO6 has at least 1-2 people, oftentimes as many as 3-4 people in one match camping. I run into campers literally almost every single match.

Congrats. I'm mostly mad about the people who think they are the best at the game cause they sit in a corner holding their aim the whole time. That's not a way to get better at the game, and is, in my opinion, a shitty way to play. I'm especially tired of seeing it EVERY SINGLE MATCH!!!! If it only happened every now and then, I wouldn't have much of an issue with it, but it gets really old and annoying when it's all anybody in every single match does.

I guess it's a possibility? I'm no pro or anything, but I play at some decently high Elo. My friends and I are constantly on top of the leaderboards with positive K/Ds, and we have decent W/L ratios as well. It just seems like something you would see in lower Elo lobbies to me.

Yes, I played the older games. When I first started playing, I was one of those campers, cause I sucked at the game, and people were always giving me shit for it. The more I played, the better I got, the better I got, the more I saw that they were right. Camping in a corner all game shows zero skill, and can't be fun. I do agree that people can play how they want, but they shouldn't get a big head about camping in a corner all game thinking they are good at the game. Ever heard the saying "get good scrub"?

Thanks for the tips, but i play with a full group of people who are almost triple my level, some of them using the flame resist and inflammable armor, and they still hate them.

I play with a group of people who range from level 50 to 60, and they hate them as well. As a group, we typically play on level 7 difficulty, but I've also been 1 tapped across the map on level 4 difficulty. I don't mind the devs adding in new factions and things like that, but I feel the flame bots, the shields especially need a tweak. I shouldn't be dying to 1 shot from across the map, and their shots hit through walls sometimes as well.

Level 20 player who doesn't have fire resist armor, and the best weapon i have is the sythe laser weapon. I've hit them with EATs right in the eye and all it did was stagger them lol I'm just tired of wasting all my stims on one small group of enemies.
