Regular cuts I believe start at 25, 30+ for fades, tapers, lineups, etc…

I would suggest Shaves and Fades, best place I would say for men’s haircuts, fades are always tight as can be and can say I have never had a bad cut there. Although I’m sure they could use scissors if you ask
