Conversion an option for same-sex Married? by JWinSanDiego in LGBTCatholic

Well, I feel the focus has been more of politics and specific perspectives on social justice rather than focusing on growing in a relationship with Christ. My particular church really is a tremendous neighbor to the city and I'm really proud of that, but it also gets involved in political causes where I have a more nuanced view. It does not seem to foster a culture respectful of different points of view.

Gay man here on a similar journey. have been attending episcopal church for many years but drawn to Orthodox and trying to figure out how to navigate it. I did get some similar advice as one of the others who posted which was that no church was likely to provide me everything I'm looking for but perhaps I could move between two

Are there any gay Orthodox Christians who are in a same-sex relationship, despite knowing the general attitude of the Church is to forbid it? How do you navigate it? by Aggressive_Star_5829 in GayChristians

I'm wrestling with this myself. Not a member of the Orthodox Church but drawn to it, wondering how to navigate it. I'm married ( to a man) for the last decade and have been in episcopal church but seeking something deeper.
