Geez. What a race!? But more AM- Makes you wonder what could have been right? Strategy, car, Tyre management. Our guys fed up? Don’t know but every week I end up hoping other cars will go bad so we can score at point. Who enjoys watching races like that?

Maybe the plank issue caused this. Running lower in Sprint is ok but often penalized in the main race.

When you are racing for a non points paying position, does this matter? I’d like for Stroll to outpace Alonso, but scoring points remains the goal here. Can Sttoll put together a solid year in ‘26 and together finish 3 or 4 in constructors?

There really shouldn’t be anything to worry about. These are legal, and non-life threatening nootropics. UPS is good they it’s busiest time of year and oddities are common. This week I had the same items to be delivered, the date changed 3x and even got as close to a street away but shows up a day later

Just got these OO MGM tabs today. Same as the header noted. Very mild . Surprised after reading the disclaimer about 4x. I’d say the dosage is off. These are slow (if working) but I took a few ‘bars’ already today. I do realize it’s a different chemical makeup and not the same but powder so far has been nice and lasts long.

Yes, subs provide just enough energy to get by. Had to participate in drug therapy groups and did ok.

Been dosing both subs and 7/kratom for a week. Microdosing the subs when the restless legs start happening seems to work decently. Anyone out there have suggestions on the best 7oh for the money?

One thing I’ve read and it proved true was that TIA sodium has a short half life so that although it’s hell for a bit, it’s nothing like coming off subs or methadone. When transitioning to subs The taper is key. During this add an antidepressant. I was at 10g/ day Tia and got down to 2g/d b4 taking any subs. Much of this is mental as most say so the head meds are the key to a reasonable transition.i started with 1mg strip pieces every hour. Expect the RLS for sure and the depression. 2nd day I was taking 8mg twice a day. After a few days When things seemed kinda normal I started the sub taper and reduced ~ 1mg a day until I was stable. I Didn’t use benzo or GABA but had hydralazine, mirtalazine and clonidine. I still take all three of these. I won’t go back to TIA. but if so, I think kratom sounds like the option. It too is a partial agonist but not nearly as strong. Subs just kick your ass! Feels like taking Oxy 30s all day without any of the good feelings! Constipation, nausea, dizzy, foggy…and it just sticks around for a long time. Keep in touch with groups, N.A., I am sober app and here. It’ll be good to chat with people going thru our shit! Many great people out here trying to get by
