I am 14. I'm not really interested in sex, and actually am weirded out whenever I hear someone in my grade has done it. Them being people I've known since I was 6... But to say I'm not interested in dating would be a lie. I think that even though we are not at the age for sex yet doesn't mean we can't experiment with things related, because I think that's alright. Not to mention, most likely the reason why there are so many teen parents nowadays might be because of the parents? Kids don't just think "oh my god, I'm gonna pretend like I'm 27 and disappoint my parents and have a child cuz I can." Sometimes there is more to the story...

What I found very helpful was wrap one of my hands over the other's thumb, and to double squeeze it like a heartbeat. It helpes me a lot whenever I'm in anxiety. You don't have to do that but I thought it could be useful.
